To order, you will need to provide the following information:

1. Hardware manufacturer name (if not on the handle check the metal plate or rail on the narrow, latch edge of the door for the manufacturer's stamping - see Compatibilty page for examples)
2. Handle finish
3. Window treatment going on door (e.g. 2 inch wood blinds, 3-1/2 inch louver shutters, ODL, etc)
4. Quantity
5. Handle function (e.g. multipoint, lockset, passage, privacy, dummy)

SPECIAL NOTE: If you have a SCHLAGE residential line handle purchased between 2000 and 2006, it cannot be extended. Nonetheless, you have two options available to you:

1. For in-swing single panel doors, try flipping the lever 180 degrees (cost: FREE)
2. Schlage's knobs will interchange with their levers, so you can purchase a knob set from your local retailer and replace just the interior side lever with the interior side knob you purchase

Non-locking SCHLAGE residential levers made since 2006 can be extended.
